The second child of Samuel R. Grant and Sarah E. Hagar Grant, William Bryant Grant was born in 1898. He served in the U.S. Army and earned the rank of corporal. He died in 1963.
His younger brother, Nathan T. Grant, served in World War II and was killed during active duty.
